The Superhero in ' YOU '


With everything going on around you even if you are happily spending time with your loved ones there might be some negative thoughts that might disturb you and because of which you might be self sabotaging without even realising it. And which of course is not healthy mentally , emotionally and even physically. To cope up with something like this first you have to learn to accept that you might not be doing so well and trust me it will be alright. Do not force yourself or pretend that you are absolutely fine. And if possible try reaching out to people close to you. That is the ultimate solution. But still if you are not being able to reach out to people or you might choose not to then maybe I can help you out by sharing some of the tricks to explore yourself and move on from the so called " Bad period "



Steps to prepare a happier version of you: 1. Take long showers - You need to sit under the shower , close your eyes and think about the good things you have done for yourself and others. In a way you meditate. 2. Note down the bad habits you always wanted to change. And start with anyone of them slowly and steadily. 3. Gift yourself a diary or a journal. Start writing down how you feel, what you feel , being completely honest with yourself. 4. Avoid watching anything which is too much chaotic and violent 5. Let your body go crazy. Maybe be exercise , dance , yoga or go out for a walk. 6. Start communicating with people face to face not through social media. Would suggest to avoid social media for few days. 7. Maintain a proper sleep routine. Helps a lot to be active 8.Pray to the power above. You might be an atheist but that doesn't mean you don't believe in that power in you , the ultimate power behind everything that is happening. 9. Repeat the above. I won't ask you to follow them because I am no one to tell you. But try them once for sure and see the results for yourself. You will learn to let go of your fears and feel free.
