About time I get to my lighter side and show some positive vibe because my old man says, “When life gives you a second chance, make the best out of it.” Yes, things happened, one being a proud owner of a pet kitten whom I treat like my child, writer of two book viz; THE 3RD DEGREE and THE RAVEN’S QUOTE, Started my career as a blogger and content creator.
But one the happiest thing that happened this year with me was a surprise reunion with a school buddies when one day all of a sudden I was added to this WhatsApp group called CLASS OF 2008. I was like, “Jesus, is this for real? All are together after like a f***** decades?” yes, it’s been that long for I had no contacts with no one since my HS days, and all of a sudden when I met my buddies I had tears of joy rolling from my eyes by realizing how much they had grown up and how successful they are in their jobs, married life and relationship, also I was at cloud 9 when they congratulated me for my books and gave me motivation to carry on onto this path. Yeah, life gave me lemons and I’mma be makin’ lemonades now. Still hoping for a real world reunion instead of this virtual one though.
The group is fun and we share our old memories and pull legs of each other like we are still some bunch
of kids, also at the same time we show concerns about the current scenario of this whole lockdown period but with jokes and satire. So yeah it’s not just a WhatsApp group but it’s Moi Familia. So yeah this reunion was grand one but somewhere in between I was missing that dead friend more than anyone, he left a void into this reunion. Oh well, I still have my homies so yeah I must learn to move on and keep my man’s soul happy. Because, this is my second chance, my rebirth and I will make the most of it.
